Delivery Information
As a family-run business we take pride and care with all of our orders and your order will be well packed and dispatched on the same day (Monday to Friday) as the order is placed as long as it is before 2:00 pm, after 2:00 pm your order will be packed and await shipping till the following working day (Monday to Friday).
Standard Delivery (£3.49 Inc VAT / Free Delivery for orders of £50 or more) - Orders are sent via the Royal Mail 48 service and should arrive within 2-3 working days of ordering to mainland UK (Please make sure someone will be in to accept the parcel at the delivery address provided - Or provide an address where someone will be available to accept the order. If you are not in then the delivery will await collecting from your local Royal Mail collections office).
Next Day Delivery (£11.99 Inc VAT) - Parcelforce 24 orders will be delivered the next working day after shipping (Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays - It may take longer to Scotland and Northern Ireland). Orders placed after 1:30 pm will be shipped the next working day, Monday to Friday (excluding public and bank holidays). Please note there are no deliveries on Saturday or Sunday only Monday to Friday excluding public and bank holidays.
If not a card may be left to let you know that they will try to deliver again the next working day or that it can be collected from a local Royal Mail collections office. You can check the status of your order by contacting us and we can provide you with the tracking details.
If you need an order by a specific date please let us know before ordering and we can advise if the order will be with you by this date. For a small additional charge, we can ship by 24-hour delivery (Please note that Scotland can take 2 working days to deliver). Please contact us for further information.
Our 24-hour next working day service uses Parcelforce 24 and is only £11.99 for orders placed before 1:30 pm Monday to Friday for delivery Monday to Friday.
Once you have placed an order we will confirm your order via email. Please check your order is correct and if not email us back right away. if you do not receive this email please check your spam folder.
Further Information on our 2-3 working day delivery - All orders placed on a weekday before 1:30 pm will be shipped that day, if an order is placed after 1:30 pm on a Friday or over a weekend your order will be shipped the next working day (usually a Monday, unless this is a bank holiday) and will arrive within 3 working days from shipping. Further Information on our 24-hour delivery (Mainland UK Only) - All orders placed on a weekday before 1:30 pm will be shipped that day, if an order is placed after 1:30 pm on a Friday or over a weekend your order will be shipped the next working day (usually a Monday, unless this is a public or bank holiday) and should arrive within 1 working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays) from shipping. If you require your order for the weekend please ensure your order for the Next Day delivery (Monday to Friday) is placed before 1:30 pm on Thursday as if placed after 1:30 pm on Thursday it will not be shipped till Friday for delivery on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays when it would then arrive on Tuesday). If you require a weekend delivery then please email us and this can be arranged but at an extra cost as most couriers do not deliver at weekends.
